We absolutely do! We can send you a list of meals before hand and you can choose which meals you would like. The chef normally cooks brunch and dinner. Prices typically range between $20 - $40 US dollar depending on the meal.

We offer a range of transportation services including airport pick-up and drop-off. If you are travelling with a large group, we would charter a local tour company to pick up our guests in a bus. Prices are based on the distance travel.

Of course! Actually the Captain can pick you up directly from our beach-front villa so you don’t have to drive 30 minutes to the port. We work with local tour guides that offer the most competitive prices in Treasure Beach.

Yes, there is a 2 night minimum to stay with us at Unforgettable.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer early check-in and late check-out for an additional $50 if you are interested (you can select at checkout). This allows you to arrive or leave at least 2 hours early or later.

Most definitely! We recently upgraded our Internet to Starlink which reaches download speeds of up to 220Mbps and upload speeds up to 25Mbps. Please note that these speeds may be affected by bad weather, but should remain strong enough for conference calls and presentations irregardless.

Pets are allowed, however they aren’t allow inside of the house. Please plan ahead to bring any necessary housing for them.

Unfortunately not, Even though most of the property is 1-story, our property features many stair-cases to get around the villa.

- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with us at Unforgettable Villa.

- 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your original booking.

- 50% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 60 days before check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.

- Changes to your reservation will follow the same instructions as our cancellation policy. We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 60 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 60 days notice before your scheduled check-in.
